These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pentest.Business website and the engagement process for our penetration testing and cybersecurity services. By submitting a request through this site, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a service request, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your organization and to enter into a service engagement on its behalf.

Description of Services

Pentest.Business provides penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, red team, and related cybersecurity advisory services. The precise scope, methodology, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate signed statement of work and authorization letter (LOA) prior to any testing activity.

Client Obligations

The client warrants that it owns or has documented authorization to test all systems included in the agreed scope, and will provide accurate scoping information. Testing outside the agreed scope or window is not performed without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Security testing carries inherent risk of service disruption despite reasonable precautions. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement per the terms agreed in the signed statement of work. Confidentiality and data handling obligations survive termination.

Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction for a given engagement are specified in the signed contract with each client and may vary by region. For general website use, these terms are governed by the laws specified in your service agreement, or in its absence, the laws applicable to Pentest.Business’s place of business.
